Instructor - skills training (remote)

Summit Cedar Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Las Vegas, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 228 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinic supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
