Instructor - skills training (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Hollow Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
