Instructor - skills training (remote)

Nova Iron Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Colorado Springs, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about attendance records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in attendance records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
