Instructor - skills training (remote)

Northwind Ember Staffing places workers with employers around Buffalo, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in temp assignments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
