Instructor - skills training (remote)

Harborlight Rook Learning Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 806 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about attendance records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in attendance records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
