Instructor - skills training (remote)

Northwind Bridge Care Services provides in-home and community support in St. Louis. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in caregiver training. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
