Instructor - skills training (Raleigh, NC)

Summit Iron Staffing is a Raleigh staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
