Instructor - skills training (Raleigh, NC)

Westbrook Union Inspection Services is an inspection company in Raleigh with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about scheduling. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
