Instructor - skills training (Providence, RI)

Harborlight Pike Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Providence, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about learning materials. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
