Instructor - skills training (Providence, RI)

Ironwood Medical is a Providence company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
