Instructor - skills training (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cross Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
