Instructor - skills training (Providence, RI)

Northwind Bright Medical is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in training materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
