Instructor - skills training (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Timber Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in customer estimates. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
