Instructor - skills training (Portland, OR)

Rivermark Quarry Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Portland, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 144 people based in Portland. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
