Instructor - skills training (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 220 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
