Instructor - skills training (Phoenix, AZ)

Redstone Amber Medical Partners is a Phoenix company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in device records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
