Instructor - skills training (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Lumen Meridian Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
