Instructor - skills training (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone Juniper Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Philadelphia, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about scheduling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
