Instructor - skills training (Philadelphia, PA)

Highbridge Timber Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Philadelphia. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about meal programmes. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in meal programmes. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
