Instructor - skills training (Orlando, FL)

Summit Umber Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Orlando. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
