Instructor - skills training (Orlando, FL)

Amberfield Cross Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Orlando. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
