Instructor - skills training (Orlando, FL)

Ironwood Summit Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Orlando. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in training materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
