Instructor - skills training (Oklahoma City, OK)

Amberfield Loom Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Oklahoma City, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
