Instructor - skills training (New Orleans, LA)

Bright Haven Auto Group is a New Orleans company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
