Instructor - skills training (New Orleans, LA)

Ironwood Drift Care Services provides in-home and community support in New Orleans. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
