Instructor - skills training (New Orleans, LA)

Summit Pike Learning Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
