Instructor - skills training (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Willow Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in customer estimates. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
