Instructor - skills training (Nashville, TN)

Rivermark Wilder Auto Group is a Nashville company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in customer estimates. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
