Instructor - skills training (Nashville, TN)

Nova Meridian Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Nashville. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in test reports. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
