Instructor - skills training (Minneapolis, MN)

Nova Ridge Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Minneapolis, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
