Instructor - skills training (Minneapolis, MN)

Bright Glen Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 533 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
