Instructor - skills training (Minneapolis, MN)

Cedar Willow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Minneapolis. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in training materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
