Instructor - skills training (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ivory Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
