Instructor - skills training (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Juniper Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Memphis, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
