Instructor - skills training (Madison, WI)

Northwind Glen Health runs clinics and patient services around Madison. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
