Instructor - skills training (Madison, WI)

Stonegate Harbor Health is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
