Northwind Glen Health is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Madison. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient education.
