Instructor - skills training (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Nest Early Learning and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
