Instructor - skills training (Madison, WI)

Nova Union Health runs clinics and patient services around Madison. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
