Instructor - skills training (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Bright Meridian Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in visit scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
