Instructor - skills training (Louisville, KY)

Ironwood West Care Services Partners is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Louisville. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
