Bright Sable Staffing is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 198 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
