Instructor - skills training (Louisville, KY)

Bluepeak Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Louisville caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in classroom supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
