Instructor - skills training (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath Iron Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Louisville caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in enrolment. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
