Instructor - skills training (Louisville, KY)

Bright Union Health Partners is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
