Instructor - skills training (Louisville, KY)

Highbridge Umber Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Louisville, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
