Instructor - skills training (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Redstone North Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in production lots. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
