Instructor - skills training (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Ashton Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Little Rock, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about scheduling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
