Instructor - skills training (Little Rock, AR)

Stonegate Beacon Staffing places workers with employers around Little Rock, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 823 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in retention. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
