Instructor - skills training (Little Rock, AR)

Foxglove Cobalt Early Learning runs childcare centres in Little Rock caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 792 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
